AI Stack DB is operated by 루모메이트(LumoMate) in South Korea. This page lists the routes by which a reader, rights-holder, or vendor representative can reach the operator.

General contact, editorial questions, and reader feedback: hello@aistackdb.com.

The mailbox is monitored by the operator. Expect a reply within five business days. Auto-responders and AI-generated replies are not used; replies are written by the operator.

Corrections

If you believe a tool page or comparison page on https://aistackdb.com/ contains an error of fact — for example, a misstated pricing tier, an incorrect platform list, a wrong feature description, or an outdated free-plan status — please send the following to corrections@aistackdb.com:

• The page URL.
• The specific sentence or claim you believe is wrong.
• A link to the official vendor source that supports the correct value.

Corrections backed by an official vendor source are applied as soon as the operator has verified the source. A correction note is added to the page's Update log with the date. When a correction materially changes the recommendation on a page, the operator may also update the corresponding record in data/tools.json and the page's QA status in content/content-status.json.

Rights-holder and takedown requests

If you are a vendor, rights-holder, or authorized representative and believe a page misuses your trademark, misstates your product, or includes copyrighted material in a way you have not authorized, please contact hello@aistackdb.com with:

• Your name and the rights you assert.
• The page URL and the specific text or asset in question.
• A description of the requested action (correction, attribution, removal).

The site's default position on third-party brand assets is described in Editorial Policy: no logos, screenshots, or brand images are used without explicit license. If you believe an unauthorized asset has been used, the operator will treat the request as a takedown by default and review before re-publishing.

What this contact route is not

• It is not a sales channel. The operator does not sell software, consulting, or implementation services on this site.
• It is not customer support for the tools described on the site. For product issues with a vendor's tool, contact that vendor directly. Each tool page links to the vendor's official homepage.
• It is not a press request line. Press inquiries are answered on the same mailbox and on the same cadence as general contact.

Privacy

Any personal data you provide when contacting the site is handled per the Privacy Policy. Email content is retained only as long as needed to handle the conversation and is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
